I remember doing an exercise like that when I was little. It was called "The Rocking Horse". Paige Palmer, out of Cleve. had an exercise show that Gramma Mary always watched and exercised to. The "Rocking Horse" was the only one I like to do.
Judging by the looks of this picture, I'm thinking little cousin Shane isn't Heidi's little cousin anymore.
